What Is INDIA ?
Constitutional government is based on certain set of rules and principles, etc by which state, etc is governed. Constitution is made for the government so that the government can function smoothly and in a proper manner. Now, it totally depends on the government how to adhere to the constitution and implement it.
         Constitutional Government is necessary in a secular country like India. Reason being that India is a country which has amalgamation of religion, caste, etc; where the sentiments of people are very soon often get hurt. So to draw a line so that people should stay within their limited extent. On the other hand India is also a democratic country. Now the question arises what is this democracy ?
         Democracy means government by the whole population, usually through elected representatives. India is one of the countries where people enjoy the strong power in their hands, i.e. citizens. Democracy is all about for the people, by the people and of the people. It is the people only whose power makes the government to change its decision. The best example to support the above mentioned statement is that, Delhi Gang Rape. It was only through people's protest and media too that the brutal incident was able to reach at an international hipe. Then again it was only through people's protest that the government was forced to take decisions through track court. If India is a democratic country than its totally fine as per my personal observation.
         But here, the question arises which of the two is more better. As per my knowledge, both have the impotant roles to play so that so that the country can operate in a better manner. Its not that one aspect is good and the other aspect is bad. Both aspects are equally important. Infact I would say that both constitutional government and democracy are interdependent. One individual aspect cannot function smoothly. Every thing that exsists on this earth have both advantages and disadvantages. Likewise, constitutional government and democracy also have some proes and cons to itself. So, one cannot say that either of the two is more better. 

                                INDIAN : A PROUD ?

India, a country with a culture having more than 5 thousand years has enriched the global scientific, educational, economic, and cultural scenario significantly. That is the reason why Twain has stated "India is the cradle of the human race, the birth place of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend and the great grandmother of tradition". Being born in such a country, you have millions of reasons to feel proud as an Indian. Some of them are:

• When the residents of today's developed nations were living as nomadic foresh dwellns, we the Indians set up Harappa Civilization, the first planned city of the world.
• Till 1896, India was the only known source of diamond in the world. Tremendous wealth of India attracted several invaders and traders. Till the invasion of British East India Company, India was the richest country of the world.
• Number system is the greatest contribution of India to science in general and mathematics on particular. Indian Mathematician Arayabhatta invented zero. Bhaskaracharya, in fifth century calculated the time taken by earth to rotate around sun exactly. Budhayana calculated value of pie, algebra, trigonometry and calculus had their origin India during sixth century and so on.

       So, we can see that there are millions of reasons for which I feel proud to be an Indian. But it is not possible for an individual to express his/her emotions. India being a democratic country, its first priority is to think about the peace and the harmony of its citizens. India has always provided a helping hand to other countries. Even at its worst, India has always tried to maintain friendly relations with Pakistan.

         Now coming to the negative aspects of our country, India is suffering from a very big problem which is dowry system. Dowry is in lue of a daughter's share in the family as a lumpsum. As per the anti-dowry lieu, it has been made illegal, even then the evil continues. The dowry abolition is the need of the hour.

          As everything that exsist in this world have both positive and negative aspects. So, likewise India also have both positive and negative points. There are many points which are negative which I have not mentioned above but I wish that India should make efforts to overcome such negative aspects.       

ARE WOMEN ONLY A MONUMENT?

Womens are safe only till the point they are in their sweet homes. But it is not possible for a women to be always be in their homes. In such a modern techno savy world it is next to impossible for a women to stay in their homes. If we talk about womens safety no matter what precautions we take women are still unsafe in some or the other way.

      There are crimes which are increasing tremendiously day by day especially related with women. Infact the shocking point is this that the Indian Government is also not doing much for the welfare of women. And the best example to prove this statement is the incident which took place in Delhi that is "Delhi Gang Rape Case". The Indian Government is so slow that most the times victim is unable to get justice. So, the Indian Government would or infact i would say that it should change its constitution as soon as possible. This is because Indian Constitution has a big default in itself. 

          On the contrary if we compare Indian Constitution with some other country's constitution For eg- China. No doubt that Indian Constitution is the lengthiest if we come to writing. But while it comes to comparision then the Indian Constitution lacks there. Crimes are there in every country but it depends on the country's government how to control those crmes. As in China, a 9yrs old girl was brutally raped . And the China government took only eight days to take a final decision which was death. So on comparing India and some other country's constitution, India lacks far behind the other countries. Men now a days, are taking women as an object which is just ment to use and throw. My Question is "Why just women have to make sacrifices in their life?" Are they born on this earth just to make sacrifices. They also have their own likes and dislikes. Their inner feelings or emotions do not have any value. If these are the things for which womens are born for. Then when people pray to god, they have never ever even thought that the gods they pray to are also in the form of women.So, on the one side they are hurting women in such a brutal manner and on the other side they are also praying to women too.

          The fact is that we are not treating male and female equally. And this is only the root cause of every problem relating to women. And when that day will come when both will be treated equally then half of the problems of the society will automatically be solved.   

If I were a "Keeper of Love Letters" then I would be scanning letters of love which for me is passion, obsession, fantasy, rejection, friendship, lust and many more. The love letters convey the essence of life and living. As it is said by Cynthia Gray "I wanted to discover happy and sad love, uplifting and painful love. I wanted to provide a place for emotions."

            If I were a keeper of love letters, I would be exploring what love would look like if we moved writing love letters from the personal to the public realm. On a more practical level, I wanted to provide a place for catharsis of emotions which we might not otherwise express. For some, love is the commitment and intimacy of marriage. For some, true love is by its nature which is unobtainable. But I say love spans across cultures, genders, ages and time. One day I was sitting and a question came to my mind- " Is writing love letters a lost art ?" But now I say that, it is not so. Yes, language changes, the way we write changes and writing is one technique we"ll use. "Expressions of  Love Differ From Women To Men- Women write longer love letters are more Romantic", as is truely said by Gray. 

          The best love letters are those that have physical desire woven into them with soulful expressions of love. The intensity of physical desire can be simple, soft or explicit. Writing in any form strengthens bonds of love over separations of time and distance. I actually wanted to discover what writing about love is all about. The feeling of love is anonymous where we describe our most private emotions and make the public feel lighter. I wanted to identify more freely with other people their expressions of love. I wanted to know from other people what actually they think about love in this crucial gencture and in what sense they take. Love is of differnt types and it can be express or felt in different ways. As it is very truely said that the beauty of life is not what we see but what we feel.

         One thought which suits me the best is "Happiness is incomplete until it is shared". Because I feel that if we are happy so why not make others happy by sharing our happiness with them. Love, which is the essence of life without which any living substance on this earth actually cannot live without it. Love is very important for once life.   

AGAINST CENSORSHIP...

          Freedom of Expression is very important to stop censorship of the arts. Now d question dat comes to my mind is that what is freedom of expression ?

          Freedom of Expression is the right of every individual to hold opinions without interference and to seek , receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. However , in practice, this fundamental human right is frequently restricted through tactics that include censorship, restrictive press legislation and harrasment of journalists, bloggers as well as crackdown on religious minorities and other suppression of religious freedom.

         Censor Board which is acting as a hurdle for many movies, films, arts, etc just because it is for the betterment of the society and especially the children. I believe that awareness is better than cure. So, children should be aware before hand, before they actually indulge in any wrong deeds. Applying censorship is not a way of solution. Majority of the people believe that there should be no censorship of the arts. Even when we talk about age rating systems which is a very blunt tool and though it is in use. It takes no account of the different standards of education or maternity between children and youths or the varying attitude towards parenting in different households. By imposing an external standard of censorship, the government is depriving parents of the right to raise their children in a manner that they seem to be fit.

         Now if we look at adults, we see that they have the right to vote, bear arms, and die for the country. Now the question is, why should they be deprived of the ability to decide what they wish to see, or what their children should be allowed to watch ? The main fact of this is that people are not forced to view artwork at gunpoint. Every member of the public has the right to avert their eyes and not look at art that offends them. Similarly, thay can refrain from entering a gallery with an offensive work.

          With all this, I'm not wholly blaming the government, society do play a role. It depends on an individual which way he/she has to choose for him/her self. Though some people are aware of the consequences but still they are lifted towards the wrong way. In some or the other way it depends on individual also. But censorship of the arts is no way to solution.    

You should NOT date a Writer !!!!

He employs the use of action verbs when practicing his craft. Action verbs invoke the feeling of movement and importance. He was so used to passive verbs before. Outside the page, the world was passing him by. But now, on the page at least, he commands these pictures of exactly what he wants.

When he offers his place to stay for the night he already knows how far you have to go to make it home, he already expects the excuse fumled over your lips and when you think your feet fail you, he puts his hand out and your fingers grip his palm. He smiles and in his smile you can see the weaknesses he spent the whole night hidding. By looking into his eyes you can see the compassion of having what he actually missed the last night.

This is what i call a male's psyche. What is the cause of sick male's psyche ? Is it because they are illeterate ? Is it in their blood to make such frauds ? What is actually the root cause ? 

Woman's rape rate are boosting especially in this era. And plenty of woman are not dressed sexily, including woman draped in head-to-toe in burquas. The truth is that any woman or a girl child can be raped. Babies of six weeks and woman of 93 are raped. It does not matter where they are and how they are dressed. Rapists often look for easy victims, those who are trusting and will not fight back.

Many of the males are womanizer. They want everything to be under their control. A two or three years old child-girl rapped is an evidence of a sick male's psyche. Though she is not fit to be rapped, neither mentally nor physically yet a male in order to fulfil his lust, he just want a female. For him the sexual quality of a female does not matter. Now a days, most rape cases are put out mainly of girl child below the age of 10 years. 

I feel that it is only through education that we can hope to eradicate this sickening crime from the mentality first. And secondly, from the society worldwide as a whole.

If we relate dustbin to our lives than i think there is so much of dust filled in our lives which needs to be thrown out in the bin. The negative aspects in our life are acting like dust which is very harmful for us.
